Trigger Warning

Words, pictures, collage, ink, paint, crayons, markers, pencil, ribbon, paper… so many ways to express your authentic self in an art journal – especially one that you design and create.  Join us in this incredibly fun way to cultivate and explore your voice and what matters most to you.  It's a magical experience to untap your thoughts and ideas in a creative blank space to see your desires reflected back to you. This is a fun, calm and creative way for you to express yourself whether you are a master artist or a novice, you can have extensive skills or none.  The page doesn't care.    You will most likely surprise yourself as you book is born and comes to life. It is yours to keep and add to as your creative process unfolds.  Personal instruction along with group dynamics of creativity and a personal book and all the supplies and snacks are supplied for you.  Relaxed and real, we get an opportunity to learn new skills and get in touch with a deep hidden part of our own journey in safe and encouraging environment.  The session is led by Dr. Nadia Ramoutar who has a doctorate in communications and is a very dedicated visual artist, journaler and filmmaker. She is experienced and enchanted with helping people cultivate and create their own authentic vision for their life.  The session is $99. Early registration is $89.  If you would like to also sign up for the March 26 workshop in Jacksonville at the same time you can sign up for both for $149.
