| Artist Bio | Holly Newman received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Alberta in 1985. Since then she has exhibited extensively around Edmonton and throughout Canada. Currently she is one of the artists participating in the Quarters transitory public art project and is reconfiguring “I Witness”, a text based project completed for the Health Sciences LRT Station. |

| Description | Holly Newman’s whimsical design “Geese in the City” evokes Edmonton’s changing seasons, people, flora, and fauna. Each piece, which includes 21 benches and planters, tells its own story, and can be viewed on both the north and south sides of Jasper Avenue. |
