Trigger Warning

If death is merely
Painless sleep then
Why weep for me?

This body of mine so
Riddled with disease
By time kept awake
Awaiting its release.

Is life solely packed
With frivolous acts,
Pointless deeds, to
Fill an empty fleece?

Well, it seems such
An utter waste to me;
A waste of time and
Space and humanity.

If death is merely
Painless sleep then
Why weep for me as

I leave you naturally?
